Well the weekend is over and we had a blast. I hope everyone had a really good time. I wish the day was longer because we both would have loved to have spent more time with everyone. But we are thankful for the time we did get with y’all. We want to spend more time with everyone, hopefully in more intimate settings so we can talk more.

Also I would to have a digital copy of any pictures you took this weekend. If you can burn them to a cd or dvd that would be great, thanks!

For those looking for hotels, the cheapest I’ve found so far are the Howard Johnson and Days Inn on I-45 where it hits the Island. They are just under $100 with tax for saturday night. If you want something a little closer Comfort Suits near the west end of the sea wall (a block off the sea wall) is just under $140 with tax for saturday night. Finally, you can get on the seawall, west end at La Quinta Inn and Suits for just under $150 with tax for saturday night.

Also the Slip in Slid is a go! So don’t forget your bathing suits.

UPDATE: We already rented the water slide. Its a two lane slip n slide with a pool.

I think we are going to rent a water slide!!! One of those blow up slides, with a little pool. That should be fun, so don’t forget you trunks, swim wear, towels, sun screen and chanclas!!

Well, Thursday I mailed out the invitations and I hear reports that they are beginning to arrive. One small problem the address is wrong. It reads 4022 and it should be 4110. You will still get there, but 4022 is farther down the street. Just look for the pink house. Obviously, if you’re reading this you can just put the correct address in your GPS, but you may be able to help someone who didn’t check the page.
